Transfer services to the port are available from Priory railway station, opposite the hotel. During your stay allow us to relieve you of additional pressures and book on your behalf: ferries, airport transfers, taxis, private tours, harbour boat trips and restaurants (at an additional cost).

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 10.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

In the event of a declined transaction, the hotel will contact you by email. The remaining cost of the reservation will have to be paid on arrival.

Please be aware that although American Express cards are accepted by the hotel as a form of payment, an additional GBP 5 handling fee applies.

Access Statement:
The front door is sited on the upper ground floor, via 16 natural stone steps with an average rise of 19 centimetres, a minimum tread of 28 centimetres, and with strong handrails at both sides. The front door has a raised sill of 16 centimetres.

All bedrooms are upstairs, and there are another 16 steps (rise 20 centimetres; tread 26 centimetres) to the first floor. There are handrails on all stairways. The hotel does not have a lift.

Heavy Luggage:
The hotel does not have a facility for carrying luggage. The hotel is happy to care for heavy luggage downstairs and suggests an overnight bag for short stays.
